High End Amenities Renovated for Pet Friendly Apartments

When Midtown 205 set out to renovate their luxury apartments in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, impeccable floor plans weren’t enough — they wanted exquisite amenities and first-rate service for their residents. The scope included a full renovation of the clubhouse and on-site offices, along with a complete overhaul of the fitness center. They chose Jade-Ex for its industry reputation for speed of delivery, material quality, and craftsmanship.

Midtown 205 envisioned a clubhouse with features typically reserved for upscale communities: a large resident hub with a game room and a coffee and sports bar, lounge areas with business facilities including a package center, high-speed internet, and a conference room, and a newly refreshed pet salon.

Jade-Ex’s work began with wall demolition, preparing the space for new drywall, texturing, wallpaper, and paint. New flooring, electrical, and lighting brought a state-of-the-art feel to the clubhouse, while the fitness center was renovated top to bottom and equipped with the latest fitness equipment. Custom tile work and cabinetry throughout delivered the upscale finishes the project called for.
