Elliston Twenty-Three wanted elevated, modern finishes throughout the community and chose Jade-Ex for its design expertise and nationwide reputation. With access to a broad supplier network, Jade-Ex delivers projects across the country — often ahead of schedule and under budget.

For Elliston Twenty-Three, Jade-Ex renovated the clubhouse, on-site offices, and fitness center. The clubhouse now includes music rooms, lounge areas, and a coffee bar; after wall demolition and reconstruction, a soundproof room was added with a custom glass barn door. Updates throughout included new wallpaper, electrical systems, and lighting.

The fitness center was fully reimagined with new flooring, drywall, texture, and paint, along with custom European tuxedo-style cabinetry and Shibusa tile backsplash — creating a space that combines strength, luxury, and attention to detail.
