Jade-Ex LLC operates across three verticals — multifamily renovation, hospitality, and public works — delivering interior, exterior, and amenity work throughout the lower 48 states.

Multifamily Renovation
Our Fast Track Construction model allows us to complete up to 50 units per month. We specialize in value-add renovations for lenders on foreclosed properties, delivering measurable equity gains and preparing assets for sale. We offer full flexibility in project involvement, from turnkey service — sourcing materials and coordinating design — to acting as general contractor using the owner’s procurement and design.

Hospitality
We handle facilities maintenance and CapEx projects for hotel clients across California, Nevada, and Oregon — including Extended Stay and Pacifica Hotels. Rather than full renovations, our work focuses on targeted capital improvements: installing plank flooring, repairing damage, restoring service across hundreds of rooms. Speed is everything here. Our goal is a fast turnaround that gets heads in beds.

Public Works & Workforce Housing
We specialize in conversion properties for workforce housing, supported by federal, state, county, and city funding. These projects deliver practical community solutions — including stable housing tied to employment requirements that help residents avoid homelessness.
